Project Slayers Map vs Slayers 2 Map
A lot of players searching for the Project Slayers map are actually playing (or about to play) Slayers 2 — the sequel from the same Demon Slayer-inspired Roblox genre. The two games handle their worlds completely differently: Project Slayers split its world across two maps, while Slayers 2 ships one continuous world with no level gate. This page compares both, old location by new location, so you can translate any outdated guide you are reading. The interactive version of the Slayers 2 map — every boss, trainer, shrine and shop pinned — is on our interactive map page.

Project Slayers map 1 (starter) — where is it in Slayers 2?
Project Slayers map 1 had thirteen unlockable locations. None of the names survive into Slayers 2 — the sequel rebuilt its world from scratch — but every old location has a functional successor. Here is the translation table:
| Project Slayers map 1 | What it was for | Slayers 2 equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| Kiribating Village | Starter village: sword shop, first quests, Zuko boss | Windy Peak — also your spawn, also a Zuko boss (the one tradition that survived) |
| Zapiwara Mountain | Thunder trainer + Zanegutsu Kuuchie boss | Hidden Mist Village peak — Thunder trainer Zentaro, highest climb in the game |
| Zapiwara Cave | Blood Demon Art reroll + peaceful demon farming | Demon Hideout cave + the BDA spin NPC in the dungeon |
| Waroru Cave | Water trainer behind a waterfall + Sabito boss | Bamboo Grove waterfall — Urokodaki behind the flooded passage, Sabito mini-boss on the river path |
| Ushumaru Village | Potions, fishing rod, Kaden boss | Mistfall Harbor — the port town with fishing NPCs, Elara the tailor and the potion vendor |
| Kabiwaru Village | Lantern seller, side quests | Iceveil Settlement winter shop (lantern matters now — the cold kills) |
| Butterfly Mansion | Insect trainer, breathing gourds | Butterfly Estate — same trio: Insect trainer on the roof, Ren's gourds, plus all shared training mini-games |
| Abubu Cave | Evil demon grind quests | Bear Area cave (Demon Horns) + the Bamboo Grove night trio |
| Final Selection | Slayer exam at level 15+ | Final Selection Plains — same wisteria-mountain exam, now from level 45 with a nine-step quest chain |
| Ouwbayashi House | Landmark house | Butterfly Estate area landmarks |
| Wind Trainer (open field) | Standalone wind trainer spot | Iceveil Valley water platform — Saneri, past the shrine |
| Dangerous Woods | High-level demon forest | The wilds beyond Bamboo Grove's gates (Obanai ride-out) + Dreamfall Hollow |
| Slasher Demon | Roaming demon boss | The Reaper (night-only, Bamboo Grove) and the summonable Yeti in Iceveil |
Project Slayers Ouwohana map — where is it in Slayers 2?
The Ouwohana map was Project Slayers' endgame continent, unlocked at level 50. Slayers 2 has no second continent — its endgame content lives in the snow biome and the dungeon instead:
| Ouwohana map | What it was for | Slayers 2 equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| Mugen Train Station | Rengoku boss, train storyline | Rengoku stands across the red bridge from Mistfall Harbor — no train, same boss |
| Snowy Place | Snow biome preview | Iceveil Valley — the full cold-damage biome with the Emberheart Lantern mechanic |
| Frozen Lake | Ice content | Iceveil's frozen lake — Sound trainer Tengai on the rock island, Doma past the torii gates |
| Wop City / Nomay Village / Tsune Village | Ouwohana towns | Iceveil Settlement + Hidden Mist Village (the two late-game towns) |
| Mist Trainer Location | Mist breathing | No Mist style in Slayers 2 — the roster is Water/Flame/Thunder/Wind/Sound/Stone/Insect/Serpent (see the breathing list) |
| Beast Cave / Akeza Cave / Sound Cave / Cave 1 / Cave 2 | Demon farming caves | Bear Area cave (Demon Horns), the waterfall cave (Daki + Gyutaro), Akaza's illusory wall and Dreamfall Hollow |
| Wop's Training Grounds | Training mini-games | Butterfly Estate training ring — cup game, meditation, push-ups, boulder, target shooting |
| Devourer's Jaw | Swamp boss area | No swamp — the closest endgame bosses are the Iceveil trio (Tengen, Doma, Yeti) |
Boss name changes between the games
Both games use parody names for their bosses, and they do not match each other. Quick cross-reference for players switching over (community-reported spellings — guides themselves disagree on several):
| Project Slayers | Slayers 2 | Character |
|---|---|---|
| Zanegutsu Kuuchie | Zentaro | Kaigaku (Thunder) |
| Sabito | Water Trainee Sabito | Sabito — the one name both games kept |
| Giyuu | Giyu | Tomioka (Water Hashira) |
| Kaden | Kaiden | Beast-tier overworld boss |
| Slasher Demon | Reaper | Night-cycle demon boss |
| Rengoku | Rengoku | Flame Hashira — kept in both |
The full live roster — 22 bosses, 10 mini-bosses, all eight trainers with their exact map positions — is on the interactive Slayers 2 map. Boss routes with drop tables are on the boss locations page.
Which map system is better?
Honest take: Project Slayers' two-map split created a real "new world" moment at level 50 — the Ouwohana unlock was the game's biggest hype beat. Slayers 2 trades that for continuity: one world means no loading into a second continent, biome level gates (Windy Peak 1-12 through Iceveil 90+) do the same pacing work, and the shrine network replaces the map-point tax. Whether you preferred the old unlock economy (75 Robux per map point stung) or you find the shrine fees expensive, both games gate fast travel behind Wen — Slayers 2 just makes walking the distance feel like part of the route. The leveling guide covers the bracket order if you are new.
Project Slayers vs Slayers 2 map FAQ
Does Slayers 2 have two maps like Project Slayers?
No. Project Slayers had two maps (the starter map and the level-50 Ouwohana map). Slayers 2 ships one continuous world — Windy Peak through Iceveil Valley — with no second-continent unlock. The full pinned map is on our interactive map page.
What level was the Ouwohana map in Project Slayers?
Level 50. It added 13 locations including Mugen Train Station, Wop City, the Snowy Place and Devourer's Jaw. Slayers 2 spreads the equivalent endgame content across Iceveil Valley (90+) and the Ouwigahara dungeon (65+) instead.
Do map points still exist in Slayers 2?
No. Project Slayers charged map points (2 free, then 75 Robux or 1,200 Wen each) to reveal locations. Slayers 2 has no map points — the whole map is visible, and the Wen cost moved to the shrine fast-travel network (reported 15,000 Wen per shrine unlock; the starter shrine is free since the v.07 hotfix).
Is the Horse Guy still in Slayers 2?
Horses still exist (reported 15,000 Wen, spawning in towns) but the Horse Guy teleport menu from Project Slayers is gone — shrines are the fast-travel system now. Unlock every shrine you pass.
Are Project Slayers location names the same in Slayers 2?
None carried over — Slayers 2 rebuilt its world with new names (Windy Peak, Mistfall Harbor, Bamboo Grove, Bear Area, Butterfly Estate, Hidden Mist Village, Iceveil Valley, Final Selection Plains). The translation tables above map every old location to its successor.
Is Slayers 2 by the same developers as Project Slayers?
Slayers 2 is the sequel-era entry in the same Roblox Demon-Slayer RPG genre, but it is a different team (Ouw Productions) from the original Project Slayers. That is why the world, names and systems were all rebuilt rather than ported.
Project Slayers map details are from 2023-2024 archived guides (Trello, GameRant, GamerDigest, Try Hard Guides); Slayers 2 details are cross-checked October 2026 and can shift between updates.
